Do you want to make perfect oil paint effect but cant have Oil Paint plugin in Photoshop. Then no worry, you can easily run this within seconds and there will be no need of masking or any Photoshop knowledge; you only need to adjust opacity/fill if needed rest will be done by Photoshop Action.

if anyone wishes to create this then just follow the steps:
- Select any photo you like.
- Create duplicate layer by pressing CTRL+J.
- Goto Image and select Adjustment and then Shadows and Highlights set highlights around 20 and shadows according to image.
- Next goto levels(CTRL+L) and set input level white point to 228.
- Then duplicate layer by CTRL+J and then goto filter -> other -> highpass and set 2.0. Set blend mode to overlay.
- Goto Filter-> Sharp -> Unsharp Mask and set amount 134 and radius 2.0 threshold 0.
- Filter -> Stylize -> Diffuse select ansotropic and rotate image to 90 degrees. And repeat this step 3 times more.
- Then goto Filter -> Noise -> Reduce noise Set strength to 100 and Preserve Details, Reduce Color Noise and Sharpen Details to 0.
- Goto Filter-> Sharp -> Unsharp Mask and set amount 95 and radius 2.0 threshold 0.
- Then duplicate layer by CTRL+J and then goto filter -> other -> highpass and set 2.0. Set blend mode to overlay.
- Merge all layer by SHIFT+CTRL+ALT+E.
- Then goto image and select auto tone. Set opacity around 50%.
- That’s all you have done the world famous OIL PAINT effect successfully.
